Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que des programmes d\u2019entra\u00eenement neuromusculaire peuvent r\u00e9duire les blessures au soccer de 29 \u00e0 72\u00a0%. Pourtant, ces programmes sont peu utilis\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s des jeunes joueurs.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 que Fondation Canadienne d\u2019Orthop\u00e9die et Sant\u00e9 des os et des articulations au Canada entrent en jeu. De pair avec l\u2019Ontario Soccer Association, les deux organismes ont fait la promotion du programme \u00ab\u00a011+\u00a0\u00bb aupr\u00e8s des ligues de soccer ontariennes. Cette initiative est financ\u00e9e par la Fondation Trillium de l\u2019Ontario. Lanc\u00e9e en 2014, elle prendra fin au printemps.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme de pr\u00e9vention des blessures au soccer\u00a0\u00ab\u00a011+\u00a0\u00bb de la FIFA est une routine d\u2019\u00e9chauffement de 20\u00a0minutes men\u00e9e par des entra\u00eeneurs d\u00fbment form\u00e9s et compos\u00e9e d\u2019exercices vari\u00e9s qui doivent \u00eatre faits au moins une fois et demie par semaine. Tant la Fondation que Sant\u00e9 des os et des articulations au Canada ont offert des s\u00e9ances de formation sur ce programme aux \u00e9quipes de soccer de la province.
