Et les \u00e9tirements avant une activit\u00e9 physique contribuent \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les risques de blessures.<\/p>\n<p>Les exercices d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement varient selon l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 pratiqu\u00e9e. Les skieurs doivent \u00e9tirer les muscles des cuisses et des jambes, alors que les golfeurs doivent se concentrer sur les \u00e9paules et le dos. Pendant combien de temps devez-vous vous \u00e9chauffer? Cela d\u00e9pend de la raideur de vos muscles; il vous faut donc \u00e9couter votre corps.
