Une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e qui nous permet d&rsquo;absorber les \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs dont nous avons besoin (comme le calcium) ainsi que des portions raisonnables sont essentielles pour \u00eatre en sant\u00e9 et avoir des os et articulations solides. Voici quelques renseignements qui vous aideront \u00e0 faire des choix \u00e9clair\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vos os ont besoin de calcium pour rester forts et en sant\u00e9. On en trouve dans les aliments suivants :<br \/>\n&#8211; Lait faible en mati\u00e8res grasses ou \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; <span id=\"lblContent\">Fromage<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span id=\"lblContent\">Yogurt<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span id=\"lblContent\">Broccoli<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span id=\"lblContent\">Choux de Bruxelles<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span id=\"lblContent\">Poisson (avec ar\u00eates)<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span id=\"lblContent\">Haricots<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; <span id=\"lblContent\">Produits de soya (comme le tofu)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>La vitamine D favorise l&rsquo;absorption du calcium. On la trouve dans le lait, la margarine et les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153uf, entre autres. M\u00eame le soleil en est une source!<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9vitez la caf\u00e9ine et les boissons alcoolis\u00e9es (les deux peuvent nuire \u00e0 l&rsquo;absorption du calcium et causer la perte de tissus osseux).<\/li>\n<li>Faites attention aux sucreries, aux gras et aux portions de sorte \u00e0 maintenir votre poids sant\u00e9.
